Introduction

CF Cardano Ballot is the official voting infrastructure developed by the Cardano Foundation to facilitate governance participation within the Cardano ecosystem. The system supports both user-based and stake-based voting mechanisms, providing a hybrid on-chain and off-chain approach to democratic decision-making. Built with modular backend services and frontend applications, it serves as the technical backbone for major governance events including CIP-1694 pre-ratification polling.
