Project Suggestions and Submissions

We currently accept project suggestions via email. To suggest a project for our directory, please visit our Suggest page for instructions. For featured or sponsored placement, contact us at contact@adastack.io.

When submitting suggestions, please provide accurate information about the project.

Content and Submissions

User-Generated Content

When you submit content to our platform, including project descriptions, reviews, or comments:

• You retain ownership of your intellectual property rights
• You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content
• You represent that you have the right to submit the content and it doesn't infringe on third-party rights
• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your submissions

Content Enhancement and Research

To maintain directory quality and provide comprehensive information to our users, we may research and enhance submitted listings:

Our Purpose: We research and enhance listings to ensure consistent, high-quality information across the directory, help users discover your project through complete details, and maintain up-to-date, accurate ecosystem knowledge.

By submitting content, you grant us permission to enhance your listing using publicly available information while respecting your intellectual property rights and giving you full editorial control.

Content Standards

All content must:

• Be accurate, truthful, and not misleading
• Relate to legitimate Cardano ecosystem projects or services
• Not contain harmful, offensive, or inappropriate material
• Not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property
• Not contain malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Not contain or link to malicious software, phishing attempts, scams, or harmful content
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Enforcement: Listings found to contain malicious links, spam, fraudulent content, or other violations will be removed immediately without notice or refund. We reserve the right to reject suggestions from sources that repeatedly violate these standards.

Content Moderation

We have no obligation to monitor, review, or moderate user-generated content or listings. However, we reserve the right to remove, modify, or refuse any content that violates these Terms, infringes intellectual property rights, or is otherwise objectionable, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

Third-Party Project Listings and Disclaimers

No Endorsement

Adastack does not operate, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any third-party projects, DApps, tools, or services listed in our directory. All listings are provided for informational and educational purposes only.

All project information is provided by third parties, collected from public sources, or submitted by users. We make no representations or warranties regarding:

No Liability

Adastack is not liable for any losses, damages, or harm resulting from your interaction with third-party projects, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses from scams, rug pulls, or failed projects
• Security breaches, hacks, or exploits of listed projects
• Smart contract vulnerabilities or technical failures
• Project abandonment or team disappearance
• Regulatory actions or legal issues affecting projects

Reporting Concerns

If you believe a listing violates your rights, contains fraudulent information, or involves malicious activity, please contact us at contact@adastack.io. We will investigate all reports in good faith and take appropriate action, which may include removing or updating listings.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Services to:

• Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Engage in spam, harassment, or abusive behavior
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Services

We are not responsible for the content, functionality, security, legality, or practices of third-party projects listed in our directory. Users assume all risks when interacting with listed projects and should conduct thorough research and due diligence before making any financial commitments or connecting wallets.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Adastack and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debts, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:

Listing Removal and Content Enforcement

Requesting Removal

Enforcement Actions

We may remove listings or reject suggestions immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Suspicious, fraudulent, or illegal activity

Effect of Removal

Upon removal of a listing, we may retain certain information as required by law, for legitimate business purposes, or as described in our Privacy Policy. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive shall continue in effect, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. You may also pursue claims in small claims court if your claim qualifies.

You and Adastack agree to waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
