It works a bit like a username you truly own, because the handle stays in your own wallet rather than on a company's servers.

LumpTags is the identity layer of LumpTools, an explorer for Cardano and Midnight tokens and NFTs¹. A handle is minted as a special type of collectible built on Cardano's CIP-68 standard, a format that lets a token carry updatable information such as artwork². You approve the mint directly in your own wallet, so you stay in control of the whole process from start to finish.
