Overview

Maestro is a chat-driven trading agent that lets you buy, sell, and set up automated orders by typing plain-English commands. It suits active traders who would rather write "buy 100 ADA of SNEK" or "sell my bag if it doubles" than click through a trading interface. Alongside placing trades, it can read live blockchain data to answer questions about a token or wallet, and even create a new token from a single prompt1.

Maestro is built into Adder, an all-in-one analytics and trading terminal for Cardano, where it acts as the terminal's conversational front end2. Behind the chat box, it draws on Adder's own data layer, covering prices, holders, and liquidity, so its answers rest on real on-chain numbers rather than guesswork2.

Key Features

  • One chat box for the whole trade. You describe what you want in plain language, and Maestro handles the routing and execution, from a simple swap to a full token launch1.
  • Orders Cardano venues often lack. Limit buys, recurring buys, take-profit, and stop-loss all work through Maestro, even on venues that do not offer them natively1.
  • Hidden triggers that fire on cue. Standing orders stay private with Maestro instead of resting in a public order book, then fire as a market order the moment your condition is met, so there is nothing public for others to trade against1.
  • You keep the keys. The wallet is created and encrypted in your browser, the recovery phrase never leaves your device, and every trade is signed by you1.
  • Answers grounded in chain data. Ask whether a token looks like a scam or trace where funds moved, and Maestro reads the chain live to reply2.

What to Expect

Maestro runs as an invite-only private beta inside the Adder app1. To get in, you connect a wallet and sign a message once to prove it is yours, and from there the chat box is your main control. Because the product is still in beta, the team is upfront that some parts are rough around the edges, and testers report problems through the Adder Discord community1.

Day to day, you interact by typing requests rather than filling in forms. You can place a one-off trade, leave a standing order that waits for a price target, or set a recurring buy that runs on a schedule. Automated strategies operate inside preset limits and can be halted with a stop control, which is meant to keep an unattended strategy from running further than you intended2. Since you hold the recovery phrase yourself, keeping a safe backup of it is essential, because a lost phrase cannot be recovered by anyone1.
