Property owners and operators are the primary audience. They are the ones expected to register a property, mint tokens, or set up a mortgage. Investors who want exposure to tokenized real estate can buy the Founder Token, but the broader investor product (buying fractional shares of specific properties) depends on properties being onboarded after the mainnet transition.
The Founder Token sale is priced and live, but the policy ID is not published on the marketing or registry pages.
