Overview
Rejuve.AI is a longevity research network that lets people share their health data through a mobile app and earn rewards in return. You log lab results, sync wearables like Fitbit or an Apple Watch, and answer surveys. In exchange the app gives you a personalised biological age estimate and credits your account with RJV tokens you can spend on supplements, DNA tests, and other wellness perks. The data, with consent, also feeds a global research database that scientists use to study aging.
The project runs on Cardano, with token versions also available on Ethereum and BNB Chain. It is part of the SingularityNET ecosystem, the AI network founded by Ben Goertzel. Rejuve.AI's research team operates an IRB-reviewed protocol called the International Longevity Research Database, which combines anonymised data from app users, partner clinics, and public health surveys.
Key Features
- A biological-age estimate from everyday data. The app turns your surveys, lab values, and wearable readings into a single biological-age number. Think of it as a way of saying how old your body looks compared with your actual age. The number is produced by AI models trained on US public health survey data.
- Earn while you contribute. Users get RJV tokens for filling in surveys, syncing wearables, joining focused data drives like sleep tracking, and referring friends. Tokens can be redeemed for supplements, longevity-clinic services, wearables, and DNA tests, or used to pay for premium features inside the app.
- You decide what's shared. Each member has a Data NFT tied to their in-app ID that controls what information leaves the device. Rejuve.AI says health data is stored locally and on its own secure servers, never sold to third parties without consent, and removable on request.
- Audited token contract. The Ethereum version of the RJV token has been through a smart-contract audit by Hacken1.
- Backed by a longevity-focused team. Rejuve.AI is led by CEO Jasmine Smith and Chief AI Scientist Ben Goertzel, with medical advisors and a sister company, Rejuve Bio, focused on clinical trials2.
What to Expect
When you open the app on iOS or Android, you start with a short profile and a biological-age questionnaire, then connect any wearables you already use. The screen guides you through tasks such as surveys, lab uploads, and wearable syncs. It shows your estimated biological age alongside the lifestyle factors that influenced it. Submitting data through the Rewards tab is what credits RJV to your account; just answering questions in My Tasks does not.
If you prefer to engage with the project from outside the app, the website publishes a research-focused blog and a podcast. The Rejuve.AI longevity research team explains its AI models, including biological-age clocks like RejuveAge-Q and LinAge2, plus a chat-style insights generator called LongevityGPT3. The team is open about the limits, noting that the biological-age algorithm is not yet clinically validated and that anyone making major lifestyle changes should still talk to a healthcare provider4.
