Overview
Spidex AI is a free chat tool that lets you trade Cardano tokens and look up market info by typing simple questions, the way you would talk to a search engine. You connect a Cardano wallet, ask for what you want, and the app handles the rest. It is built for people who find normal crypto sites confusing, and for active traders who want one place to act on what they see.
A team of AI helpers works behind the chat window, each tuned for a different job: one for trades, one for token research, one for your portfolio, and one for general questions1. The product is built on Cardano and is currently in public beta at app.spidex.ag, with a warning shown before each session reminding users it is still experimental2.
Key Features
- Trade by typing. Ask Spidex AI to swap one token for another in plain English. It scans several Cardano exchanges, picks the cheapest route, and prepares the trade for you to approve in your wallet3.
- One screen instead of many. Spidex AI checks prices from Minswap, WingRiders, SundaeSwap, and others at once, so you do not need to open each site to compare3.
- Four helpers, one chat. Separate agents focus on trading, token research, portfolio tracking, and general knowledge. A fifth helper for staking is on the roadmap1.
- Built-in leverage trading. A Trade with Leverage tab connects to Strikefinance, so users who want larger positions than their balance allows can do it without leaving the chat4.
- SILK Score rewards. Trading, referrals, and weekly campaigns earn points called SILK. The team says points can be redeemed for perks; no separate tradable token has been announced4.
What to Expect
First-time visitors land on a chat screen and are prompted to connect a Cardano wallet through a third-party widget called NUFI before anything else works2. Once connected, the page suggests common starting points: check trending tokens, swap ADA, browse the latest Cardano news, or look up a project. Each request is handled by one of the AI helpers, which writes back an answer and, when a trade is involved, prepares a transaction for you to review and sign in your wallet.
Spidex AI is still early. The code is not public, and no independent security audit has been published, although the team does run a bug bounty program where outside researchers can report issues1. The team also has two Catalyst Fund 15 proposals: one for Spidex Sentinel, a planned safety dashboard for Cardano trading, and one for a grid trading bot on Minswap5.
