Stakada is a web tools platform built for Cardano stake pool operators (SPOs) who want to strengthen their online presence and grow their delegator base. The platform offers a suite of embeddable widgets that SPOs can integrate directly into their pool websites, covering everything from live pool statistics to step-by-step delegation instructions. Stakada also functions as a browsable stake pool directory where ADA holders can discover and compare pools before delegating1.
The project was created by a solo developer associated with ECO Pool, driven by the observation that many SPO websites lacked the interactive elements needed to convert visitors into active delegators. Rather than requiring operators to build custom solutions, Stakada provides ready-made, customizable embeds that pull live data from established Cardano infrastructure providers like Blockfrost and ADAPools2.
Key Features
Stakada centers on four embeddable tools that SPOs can add to their websites using simple iframe code:
- Pool Statistics Embed displays live metrics including stake, saturation percentage, delegator count, lifetime blocks, pledge, margin, and fixed cost. Operators can customize colors, themes (light or dark), headers, and even add custom metrics such as donation totals.
- How To Delegate Embed provides a guided walkthrough that helps visitors purchase ADA on exchanges and transfer it to a compatible wallet. The embed references wallets including Yoroi, Daedalus, Nami, and CCVault, with a smart Yoroi link that auto-detects the visitor's device and directs them to the appropriate app store or browser extension.
- Epoch Countdown Embed shows a real-time countdown to the next Cardano epoch, keeping delegators engaged by highlighting when their next rewards arrive.
- Smart Yoroi Link is a standalone redirect tool that detects the user's platform and opens the correct Yoroi installation page, removing friction from the wallet setup process.
Beyond embeds, Stakada maintains an alliance system that groups pools by shared mission or affiliation. Current alliances include Mission Driven Pools, Climate Neutral Cardano, Cardano Ark Affiliates, and xSPO. The platform also lists pools that actively use Stakada embeds on their websites, providing visibility to participating operators.
