Overview

SyncAI is a team that builds AI chat tools for reading Cardano blockchain data in plain English. Its main product is CANDI, a beta chat assistant: you enter an invite code, connect a Cardano wallet, and ask about token price charts, loan health, governance votes, or the people who vote on behalf of ADA holders¹. It suits holders who want an explanation of on-chain activity without reading raw explorer pages.

The team describes CANDI's job as analyzing and explaining data². Its Fund 15 proposal to Project Catalyst, Cardano's community-voted grant program, sets out a planned next step that is not yet funded and still awaits a community vote: one chat covering governance, trading and lending apps, and Catalyst, with a preview, confirm and sign flow for transactions². Founder Adnan Khan leads the SyncAI team³.

Key Features

• Plain-English answers about token and loan data. CANDI's sample prompts include analyzing a 24-hour SNEK/ADA price chart, checking the health of an IAG loan, and finding which tokens gained the most new buyers in a week¹.
• Governance research by question. Users can ask CANDI for an analysis of the latest governance action or for the DReps (delegated representatives who vote for ADA holders) with the highest voting power and participation¹.
• Broad Cardano data coverage in the published code. The public CANDI server code describes an AI agent with more than 80 data tools covering governance, DReps, tokens, NFTs, DeFi protocols (trading and lending apps) and on-chain analytics⁴.
• A documented pay-per-job flow. The same code describes how other software would send CANDI a question, pay 2 ADA per job through the Masumi agent payment service, and collect the answer⁴.

What to Expect

Everyday users reach the chat on the CANDI chat page, a separate address from the SyncAI homepage. The CANDI page asks for a six-digit invite code, points people to SyncAI's X account for one, and then asks them to connect a Cardano wallet before the first question¹. Sample prompts on the page give newcomers a starting point.

Developers can read the public CANDI server code on GitHub, built for the Cardano Asia Hackathon and last updated in November 2025, which shows how to register a job, pay for it on Cardano, and check back for the result, though the hosted API addresses it lists return a 'not found' error⁴.

The SyncAI documentation describes a wider design: SyncID, one identity linking wallets with accounts such as Telegram and WhatsApp; alerts from apps pushed to those channels; AI-generated action buttons; and transactions scheduled on triggers such as whale movements or volume spikes⁵. The documentation also announced an incentivized testnet called the Synced Club (a trial network that rewarded early testers), where people could connect a wallet, sign in with X, register a SyncID and complete tasks to earn points⁶.

The same team built SyncGovHub, which its Fund 15 proposal calls the team's governance workspace². The SyncGovHub site lists group chats, polls, vote analytics and an AI search for DReps⁷. The team also builds anyqr, a tool for paying local QR codes with stablecoins (tokens pegged to a currency such as the US dollar), which Project Catalyst selected for its Pilot 2026 fund⁸.
