Overview
Revuto Staking lets you lock up REVU tokens inside the Revuto app and earn rewards from a pool of your choice. You pick a pool, decide how much to stake, and collect rewards paid in REVU or a partner project's token. Revuto describes staking as the first way to put its REVU token to work beyond paying for things1.
The feature lives in the Staking Center, a section of the Revuto mobile app on the Cardano blockchain2. Alongside REVU, the Staking Center can hold ADA and other Cardano tokens. Staking rewards are one of several ways Revuto lets you use the REVU you already hold.
Key Features
- Rewards for locking up your tokens. You commit REVU to a pool for a set period, and in return you earn rewards paid in REVU or in a partner project's token3.
- Farming pools tied to other projects. Some pools work as an Initial Farm Offering, where you stake REVU and earn a different project's token instead, such as a pool that paid out MELD4.
- A guided in-app flow. From your wallet you open the Staking section, switch to REVU staking, choose a pool, enter an amount, and confirm with your spending password5.
- Clear pool limits before you commit. Each pool sets its own floor and ceiling on how much you can stake, and you typically stake a single time rather than topping up later5.
- More than one way to use staked REVU. Revuto has also described staked REVU as collateral you can borrow a stablecoin against to cover subscriptions, and as a way to earn yield by supplying liquidity1.
What to Expect
Staking happens entirely inside the Revuto phone app, not on a website. After you open your wallet and tap into the Staking section, you switch to REVU staking and browse the pools on offer. Each one shows its own terms: how much you can stake, what token it pays out, and how long your REVU stays locked.
Once you stake, your tokens sit in a smart contract for that pool's lock-up window, and you cannot pull them out or collect rewards until the period ends. One documented farming pool used a 90-day lock; an investment-style pool ran for a full year. Because terms differ from pool to pool, the app is where you confirm the current details before committing.
Reward rates and available pools change over time and are shown inside the app rather than published on the website. If you are new to earning on Cardano, Revuto's own guides and the wider staking and yield and savings listings on Adastack are good places to compare how different options work before you lock anything up.
